All payments for the iOS app go through the Apple App Store and are managed by Apple, so you need to contact them to request a refund. Thankfully, the process is trivial and Apple almost always grants the refund. Visit this Apple website to request it: https://support.apple.com/en-us/118223

Denoiser

If you bought the denoiser directly on this website, contact Thomas for a refund: thomas@tape.it.

If you bought the denoiser on another website, such as MuseHub or Plugin Boutique, you need to contact them for the refund. However, it may still be smart to write Thomas first, as both platforms will probably check with him first to see whether the refund should be granted.
